excitement and join our Engineering Science and Analysis (ESA)
Administrative team! This role is expected to provide comprehensive
50/50 administrative support to the Technology, Science & Analysis
(TSA), as well as the Software Ground Systems (SGS) Engineering
areas of ESA.The selected candidate will provide a full range of
administrative work assignments for our team. We are looking for an
ambitious Administrative Associate who is driven, highly organized,
levelheaded, professionally mature and an effective communicator
and comfortable interacting with all levels of management.The
Engineering, Science and Analysis (ESA) Strategic Capabilities Unit
comprises the technical talent and organizational leadership that
enables the successful delivery of high-impact discriminating
technologies for our customers' missions. Our collaborative,

continual learning and strong execution.What You'll Do:
- Display professionalism and maintain positive working
relationships throughout the enterprise. The teams supported are
dispersed geographically, so this requirement to communicate
professionally and proactively is of utmost importance.
- Assist in preparation and review of technical and business
reports and process documentation, technical report
administration.
- Compile and enter data for analysis.
- Prepare expense reports, pay invoices, track expenditures or
accounts receivable.
- Greet visitors, interviewees, and customers, coordinate
catering for meetings, answer telephones, schedule appointments,
and make travel and meeting arrangements, administer business
travel and reports as required.
- Coordinate employee office moves/relocations.
- Plan, schedule and execute meetings, teleconferences, and video
conferences.
- Prepare written documents, communications, newsletter and
presentation materials for meetings and presentations.
- Work with highly sensitive information and maintain
confidentiality.
- Learn and become proficient in enterprise systems and
procedures. Offer expertise and navigate grey areas using sound
business and corporate judgment.
- Perform inventory, ordering, and stocking supplies for
personnel, labs, and kitchenettes.
- Maintain databases, records, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain and coordinate calendars, schedule meetings,
interviews.
- Input of original work authorizations (WA's) and invoicing
outside business customers.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within
the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic
Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with
others in order to maintain a positive and productive work
environment.
- Perform other duties as necessary. On-Site Work Environment:
This position requires regular in-person engagement by working
on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week in the
primary work location. Travel and local commute between company
campuses and other possible non-company locations may be
required.Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory,
cleanroom, or production floor. Required Education, Experience, &
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 or more years of
related experience.
- Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Bachelor's or Master's,
may substitute for two years of related experience. Degree must be
from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an
agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department
of Education.
- Extensive computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Applications)
and high-level administrative skills.
- Ability to work with considerable independence and as part of
the team.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple assignments
concurrently.
- Demonstrated decision making based on knowledge of organization
policies and procedures, and the Director's requirements.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning sensitive
information.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $43170 -
$69073Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
