DETAILS The Foreman is an essential role in the company that
oversees daily operations at the worksite to ensure projects are
completed safely and efficiently. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Allocate
individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and
contractors, ensuring efficient workflow. Ensure that sufficient
resources and staffing are provided to meet project deadlines,
comply with regulations, and adhere to best practices and safety
standards. Develop and manage project budgets and uphold quality
standards across all sites. Effectively manage time and resources
to complete projects within the targeted timelines. QUALIFICATIONS
INCLUDE High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer
service and communication skills Strong decision-making and
time-management skills Initiative Leadership experience Technical
