Job Description:

• 
  Program and machine components through the use of a CAM software.
  
  
• 
  Troubleshoot machine issues with the assistance of maintenance to ensure continuous operations.

  Build fixturing required to hold components for machining.
  
  
• 
  Coach and develop production specialists as new CNC machines are released for production.
  
  
• 
  Check quality of parts through use of measuring tools and CMM's.
  
  
• 
  Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  
  
• 
  Experience desired with Hypermill, G-Code, M-Code, Macros
  
  
  The Process Engineering position focuses on the programming and troubleshooting of CNC machines to manufacture expandable Hub and Rim components along with Tire Mold segments.
