Job Description Facilities Maintenance Leader - Muncie, IN - Full-Time | Direct Hire We’re partnering with a leading client in the Muncie area to find a hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Leader who will ensure the facility and equipment are operating safely and efficiently. This is a working leadership role with strong shop floor presence. ? What You’ll Do: Maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and building structures Troubleshoot and perform planned maintenance on mechanical/electrical systems Inspect critical equipment for compliance with specs and safety standards Install and maintain wiring, lighting, HVAC systems Lead and supervise maintenance team ? What You Bring: 5 years in Operations/Facilities/Maintenance 3 years of leadership/supervision experience Strong electrical knowledge (schematics, inspections, tools, safety codes) Solid mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (due to government licensing requirements) ? Preferred: Aerospace industry experience (a plus!)
