process safety engineer to join our talented team in Dayton, OH.

Responsibilities: Perform relief device sizing calculations per
NFPA, API & ASME Codes Lead Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) Lead Dust
Hazard Analyses (DHA) Create and update OSHA 14 Process Safety
Management (PSM) elements and Risk Management Plan (RMP) audits
Provide oversight for the site Management of Change (MOC) Process
Provide oversight and conduct Pre-Startup Safety Review (SSR)
audits Ensure adherence to engineering quality standards and codes
of practice. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in chemical
engineering 5 years of experience in Industrial Process Design &
Safety Preferred Qualifications: Professional Engineer (P.E.)
licensure Proficiency with process design, piping & instrumentation
diagrams (P&IDs), and process equipment such as pumps and heat
exchangers. Preferred Experience: Experience in a PSM-regulated
industry. Knowledge of agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, biofuels,
grain milling, pet food, or animal feed industries. Knowledge of
combustible dust regulations and dust hazard mitigation. Prior
experience in the consulting engineering industry. Experience with
ChemCAD, Aspen, or similar process simulation software. Success
