Description We are presently seeking an Assembler that will perform
any combination of the following tasks to assemble electronic
components, subassemblies, products or systems. $2,000 sign on
bonus for qualified individuals Schedule: 4/10 Mon-Thurs Location:
Miamisburg, OH What you'll do /n - Receive detailed instructions on
all work, under close supervision. /n - Position and align parts in
fixtures or other holding devices. /n - Perform intermediate
assembly tasks, such as soldering, potting, encapsulating, sanding,
cleaning, epoxy, bonding, curing, laser welding, operation of
pneumatic machinery, pneumatic presses, etc. /n - Install finished
assemblies or subassemblies in cases or other packing material. /n
- May perform assembly operations under microscope or other
magnifying device. /n - Mount assembled components such as
resistors, capacitors and integrated circuits. /n - Connect
components, wires to printed circuit or route via soldering. /n -
Adjust, trim materials from components to achieve specified
electrical or dimensional characteristics. /n - Perform inline
testing, inspection using measuring instruments and electrical test
equipment to ensure parts and assemblies meet production standards.
/n - Ability to cross train on other programs in the facility. /n -
Perform various repair/rework operations using approved written
procedures. /n - Utilize schematics and blueprint drawings to
complete work. /n - Intermittent OVERTIME, typically completed on
Fridays. /n - Other duties as assigned. /n /n What you need
Required qualifications: /n - Requires a high school diploma or
equivalent. /n - Certain job assignments require the ability to
obtain and maintain an IPC/J-STD Certification within 90 days of
employment and throughout your tenure. /n - Ability to obtain an
ATF Possessor Permit. /n - Must be able to effectively communicate
and engage with all levels of the organization verbally and in
writing. /n - Possesses intermediate computer skills including MS
Office, Excel and Outlook. /n - Please note that due to the
requirements from the Department of Energy, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS
REQUIRED./n /n /n Preferred Qualifications: /n - Six to twenty-four
(6-24) months of industrial experience or similar training is
preferred. /n - Ability to read schematics and assembly prints, as
well as being thoroughly familiar with such assembly operations as
wiring, welding, bonding and soldering is preferred. /n -
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 is a plus. /n /n Physical
Requirements: /n - Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged
periods of time. /n - Some bending, stooping, reaching, twisting,
pushing, pulling, mild lifting of 10 pounds or less. /n - Some
assemblers are required to intermittently lift up to 50 pounds. /n
