Interact and coordinate with other departments, such as Field Service, Warranty, Engineering, Operations and Quality.   • Engineering degree or equivalent experience.Job Title:Continuous Process Improvement ManagerCity:MuncieKey Job Elements:
    • Provide leadership and vision to implement a CPI (Continuous Product Improvement) process across the Rail Division;
      • Prioritize issues and projects;
        • Align Resource to complete projects on time;
          • Lead complex improvement projects and deliver solutions using Continuous Product Improvement 6 Sigma methodology;
            • Support assembly, and field facilities and address quality issues affecting production and internal customers;
              • Travel as required.Qualifications and Experience:
                • Demonstrated project management, leadership and root investigation experience;
                  • Proven 6 Sigma DMAIC experience, preferably as a Black Belt leader;
                    • High level of communication skills, to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or persuade others to take specific actions;
                      • Demonstrated strong statistical and analytical skills;
                        • Ability to travel as required.Experience may have been gained through the following previous roles:
                          • Cross functional experience, working in a multi-discipline environment;
