completed.POSITION PURPOSE The Telemarketing Manager's role is to
manage 6-8 telemarketers to develop leads to sell ACR1.COM
Commercial Roofing services.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND BASIC TASKS
- Demonstrate knowledge of company's products and service, our
marketing position and objective.
- Represent the company in an honest and professional
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly reports for management to
measure telemarketer performance.
- Encourage and motivate telemarketers.
- Import new numbers (suspects) into database for move the sale
process along from suspects, to contact to leads in the
- Interview new potential employees to provide input and
evaluation in the hiring process.
- Assist telemarketers by e-mailing, faxing, and/or standard
mailing of information sheets and packets to potential
- Research building ownership and contact information.
- Responsible for training for all telemarketers.
- Scan aerial view of properties to research roof types and
- Generate sales leads by making phone calls out of databases,
calling old leads , and assisting telemarketers with calls.
- Assist in installation, maintenance, and inventory of IT and
electronic equipment. QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or GED
required, some college preferred.Basic PC knowledge including use
of Internet Browsers, Outlook, Excel, and Word. Position also
requires some telephone sales experience and typing
skills.Candidate must have knowledge of the sales process, and
basic construction practices.Able to use CMS to track customer
activities to promote sales and plan strategies for sales
enhancement.Experience generating leads in the sales process is
essential. Ability to build rapport with clientsStrong negotiation
skillsHaving some Microsoft access experience preferred.Must be
able to pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen & provide 2 forms of I-9
Citizenship approved identification.SKILLS/ABILITIES:Honest,
dependable, self-motivated with a sense of urgency, persuasive,
organized, be able to prioritize, deadline and detail-oriented and
good communication skills. Extroverted and able to handle rejection
and stress and keep positive mind set. Ability to work in a team
oriented environment and good customer phone skills. Must be able
to effectively manage their time and maximize their productivity
along with that of their team. Must have the ability to connect key
concepts and ideas with implementation into daily tasks and
projects.WORKING CONDITIONS:Fast-paced and fun office environment
position that requires the abilities to work in close contact with
other telemarketers, other sales associates and Sales & Marketing
Manager. Work hours will be primarily sitting a desk working with a
computer, phone system and company
