Our goal is to become Employer of Choice!Our BEST benefit are the people we hire and the culture we create.*Job Responsibilities:*Anticipate sales and expenses goals monthly and annually and prepare departmental operating budget.Back up F&I managerHelps sales team members close sales.Help to hire, train and monitor automotive sales employees and process and monitor commission sheetsDetermine and upgrade in compliance with Federal and State laws affecting automotive sales.Support team to set realistic and aggressive monthly targetsSupport deal closure and approvalMonitor departmental customer satisfaction ratings and ensure potential buyer follow up to develop, execute and supervise sales control system.Consult with department heads for advertising services and securing equipment and customer information.Handle retail related concerns and coordinate with salespeople to close vehicle purchase deals.Forecast annual dealership sales by estimating total vehicle sales and operating profits and new and used sales department expenses.Hold scheduled sales training and meetings to plan and implement automotive sales objectives.Respond to customer complaints and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.Job Requirements:High School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredF&I experience requiredPost High School Education PreferredDealership Management experience preferredFord New Car experience preferredClean driving record & valid driver's license requiredAbility to work Saturdays and EveningsReports to: General Sales ManagerJob Type: Full-time
