hear from you.We are seeking a Director of Project Management to
lead the planning and execution of strategic business initiatives
across marketing, sales, customer experience, and service delivery.
This role combines hands-on project management with
cross-functional leadership that ensures high-priority initiatives
are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable business
outcomes.You will play a critical role in leading cross-functional
efforts to bring strategies, programs, and products to
market-working in partnership with Marketing, Product, Sales, and
Customer Experience to ensure alignment, coordination, and
execution readiness. You will also play a critical role in aligning
(GTM) strategy, you will be a driving force in helping the business
operationalize and scale it effectively.
Responsibilities
Project & Portfolio Execution
Personally manage high-impact,
cross-functional projects from planning through delivery. Support
execution of strategic initiatives across go-to-market programs,
sales enablement, customer onboarding, and service delivery.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, communication
frameworks, and resource coordination across teams. Maintain
visibility and reporting across the portfolio of strategic
initiatives, escalating risks and enabling resolution.Agile
Transformation & Delivery Practices
Champion the evolution from
traditional project planning to more agile, adaptive approaches
across business functions. Introduce and embed lightweight agile
practices (e.g., sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) where
appropriate. Coordinate with Product and Technology teams to align
on planning cycles and manage delivery dependencies.Go-To-Market
Support & Enablement
Partner with cross-functional leaders
to coordinate and support go-to-market efforts, including new
market entries, product rollouts, and major campaigns. Facilitate
GTM planning sessions, establish execution timelines, and track
cross-functional readiness. Create consistent processes and forums
to align stakeholders, identify blockers, and ensure launch
milestones are met. Ensure that cross-functional teams are aligned
on goals, deliverables, and timing, enabling smooth and effective
launches.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Facilitate collaboration across key
departments including Marketing, Sales, Field Operations, Customer
Support, and Product. Lead recurring cross-functional touchpoints
to ensure initiative clarity, momentum, and executive visibility.
Translate strategic goals into clear, executable workstreams with
defined owners and outcomes. Operational Excellence & Process
Improvement Identify and improve inefficiencies in project
execution, decision-making, and cross-functional workflows. Develop
and scale consistent tools, templates, and reporting frameworks for
initiative tracking and communication. Implement KPIs and feedback
loops to improve execution speed, accountability, and overall
delivery health.
Qualifications
8-10+ years of project or program
management experience, preferably in high-growth, operationally
complex businesses. Proven experience managing large-scale,
cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders. Experience
supporting go-to-market initiatives, operational programs, or
customer-facing change initiatives in a cross-functional setting.
Strong influence and collaboration skills with experience working
across Marketing, Product, and Sales organizations. Working
knowledge of agile frameworks and the ability to tailor them to
non-technical functions. Confident in facilitating meetings,
aligning senior stakeholders, and navigating competing
priorities.Preferred Attributes
Background in telecommunications,
internet services, or other complex operational environments.
Executive-level communication and presentation skills. Familiarity
with tools like Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira; strong Excel and
reporting skills. Highly self-directed, resourceful, and
comfortable operating in fast-changing environments.

Salary
Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $91,766 -
$138,960
