The Agraria Center for Regenerative Practice is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Director to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and impact. This full-time leadership role oversees all aspects of Agraria's work-from strategic planning and fundraising to program development, financial management, and community engagement.

- Has experience:

-- generating significant revenue and fundraising large dollar amounts
-- inspiring and supporting a team of staff, volunteers, and partners

- Believes in the power of regenerative agriculture
- Is passionate about community-building and ecological stewardship
- Thrives in both office and outdoor farm settings

Based in Yellow Springs, Ohio

Full-time, salaried position (salary negotiable)
