Your Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you will:
Manage a personal sales dashboard to track and achieve results.
Achieve behavior and outcome goals aligned with world-class
training and sales techniques.
Lead customer retention activities and drive customer referral
actions.
Conduct active outbound calling for campaigns, prospecting, and
qualification (warm leads).
Reengage existing customers through warm outbound calls.
Follow up on sales opportunities generated by marketing
initiatives.
Manage initial fulfillment and ensure thorough post-sale
follow-up.
Cover global project opportunities without a defined territory.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address customer
challenges.
Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and
results.
Execute sales activities with strong attention to detail and
urgency.
Follow structured sales processes and maintain accurate CRM
documentation.
Your Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you need:
High school diploma (required).
2-3 years of inside and/or outside sales experience
(preferred).
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
Goal-oriented, driven, and consistently meet or exceed performance
targets.
Passionate about sales and disciplined in following proven
processes.
Mechanically inclined and able to interpret technical data
(preferred).
Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office
tools.
Attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong listening
skills.
Willing and confident to engage customers over the phone.
Eager learner who seeks feedback and continuously improves.
Experience in fast-paced, mission-critical industrial environments
(preferred).).
Locally based within a sustainable commute to Dayton, OH.
