$3,490 weekly

AceStack Is looking for Nurse with RN Orthopedic Skills AceStack is looking for a caring, dedicated Orthopedic nurse to join our team . Attends medical rounds with physician/surgeon and other clincal care providers. Assessment, planning and implementation process for a select group of patients in need of orthopedic services. For pre-admission CJR patients, conduct a comprehensive pre-admission assessment and education on a timely basis, follow up to assure needed services are in place, and contact providers as needed. For post-op/post-hospitalization patients, conduct ongoing contact and follow-up with post-acute care providers and other providers on a timely basis and notify providers of readmissions and significant clinical status changes as appropriate. Completes a comprehensive health assessment of the patient's physical, psychological, social and environmental, financial and functional status in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members
