Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Home Health Specialized RN for a Home Health facility based in Muncie, IN.     Requirements:
    Licenses/Certifications/Qualifications:
    
    • 1-2 Years Recent Home Hospice Experience with Geriatric/Adult Population (Private Duty Does Not Qualify)
    • State or Multistate RN Nursing License
    • BLS (AHA)
    • Reliable Transportation and Auto Insurance
    • Electronic Charting Experience (Required) HCHB Preferred
    • Must be vaccinated (no exemptions)
