Heart Failure
COVID
Alcohol W/D
ACLS, BLS required
Every 3rd weekend
Float required
Unit accepts 1st time travelers
COVID and Flu vaccines required
Required Skills:
- Work Setting: Med/Surg, MS/Tele, Telemetry
- Cardiac Monitoring & Emergency : Interpretation of dysrhythmias,
management of dysrhythmias, telemetry (remote monitoring)
- Cardio: Post angiogram, Post MI
- IV Therapy/Phlebotomy
- Medications: Heparin, PCA
- Respiratory/Thoracic: Nasal cannula
- Professional Topics & Skills: Isolation precautions, wound
care/wound care
Preferred Skills:
- Use of Skills
-Colostomy care
- Feeding tube care and management
- Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management
