• Full-Time, Days
• On call schedule 1:4; focused on hospital and dialysis center patients -
• Inpatient/outpatient nephrology practice with travel to dialysis center -
• Patient volume: 30-35 inpatient census and 8-10 inpatient dialysis census at any point in time
• Teaching opportunities with medical students and -residents on rotationQualifications:
  • Fellowship training in Nephrology -required
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Nephrology -(ABIM/ABFM)
  • Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
