Position Highlights:
Perform comprehensive eye health and vision examinations
Diagnose disease and vision disorders
Counsel patients regarding their vision needs
Collegial group practice with a large referral base
Supported by knowledgeable staff and team of skilled ophthalmic
technicians
Work closely with our own Ophthalmology physicians

Required Qualifications:
Unrestricted licensure in the state of (Indiana/Ohio) or has
(Indiana/Ohio) application in process
Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)
Licensed by National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO)
Excellent clinical and communications skills
Ability to thrive in a team environment
Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this
