role, you will collaborate with department Directors to shape and
steer operational activities, ensuring both financial and
operational objectives are achieved in alignment with network
goals. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate operations within the
Specialty Pharmacy. Support the delivery of safe, effective, and
cost-efficient medications for patients in the specialty area.
Engage in educational activities and contribute to guideline/policy
development and implementation. Lead operational workflow
improvements and performance enhancement initiatives. Foster
professional development and continuous improvement within the
team.Your Exceptional Skills and QualificationsCoordinating
Pharmacy Staff: Overseeing pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and
support staff to ensure efficient and effective operationsInventory
Management: Overseeing the ordering, receipt, and storage of
pharmaceutical supplies to maintain adequate inventory
levelsCommunication: Communicates vision to operational
staffCollaboration: Working with healthcare professionals to
optimize patient care and ensure the best outcomesIndividuals may
not perform all of these duties, or may perform additional, related
duties not listed here.Doctorate Degree : Doctor of Pharmacy degree
or equivalent advanced degree in pharmacy. (Required)5+ years:
Successful completion of an ASHP accredited Pharmacy PGY1 Residency
and PGY2 Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience. Experience
with QA/QI processes preferredCertified Specialty Pharmacist (CSP)
