- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Average Number of Patients Per Day (Outpatient): 35 treatment patients
- Patient Population: Adult, Office/Clinic
- Documentation System/EMR: Mosaiq, Epic
- Required Procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, IMRT, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Photon Beam Radiation Therapy, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy, Orders Images, Prescribes, Orders Tests Requirements:
  - Board Certified
  - BLS
  - Active OH license
    - willing to accept IMLC candidates
    - Active OH DEA
