on-call responsibilities Description: The Registered Nurse will
provide home health care services. This position requires expertise
in HCHB and Oasis documentation. The RN will be scheduled for 32
points per week. Guaranteed hours will ensure a total of 40 hours
per week. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5
PM. On-call duties include 1 weekend per month and 1 weeknight per
month. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication and
patient care skills. This role is essential for delivering quality
care in the home health setting.
