Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a visionary and
strategic leader to join us as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
As a premier provider of inpatient rehabilitation, home health, and
hospice services, we require a CEO who can guide our company
through the evolving healthcare landscape while maintaining the
highest standards of patient care. Our CEO will be responsible for
overseeing all executive operations, setting strategic goals, and
ensuring that our services meet the complex needs of our patients.
This role demands a dedication to innovative, compassionate
leadership and a deep commitment to making a positive impact on the
lives of those we serve. Develop high-level strategic goals and
ensure they align with our mission of delivering superior patient
care. Lead and oversee the management of all facets of operations,
including inpatient rehabilitation, home health services, and
hospice care. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and
local regulations concerning healthcare service delivery. Foster a
culture of innovation, transparency, and accountability within the
organization. Direct the strategic use and financial stewardship of
resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Build and
maintain strong relationships with medical staff, board members,
regulatory agencies, and community organizations. Oversee the
implementation of new healthcare technologies and improvements to
patient care protocols. Strategic planning and business acumen
Exceptional leadership and communication skills In-depth knowledge
of healthcare regulations and law Financial management and
