Job Description & Requirements Oncology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $309.43 - $334.95 This facility is seeking an Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday -Friday, 8 am -5:30 pm Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient/Telehealth Type of cases; required procedures: 70% Oncology, 30% Hematology, support to maintain coverage Credentialing timeframe: 90 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner Certifications required: Board Certified, Fellowship required, Basic Life Support (BLS) Licensure required: Indiana Active State License Facility Location Lafayette is just s short drive north from Indianapolis and just across the river from West Lafayette, home of Purdue University.
