Supervisor (RN) to oversee resident care and guide our skilled
nursing and long-term care teams. This role is perfect for an RN

Fort Wayne, Indiana. What You’ll Do as an RN Unit Supervisor
Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to LPNs, CNAs, and
nursing assistants on your unit Oversee individualized resident
care plans, ensuring accuracy and quality outcomes Ensure
compliance with Indiana nursing regulations, infection control
protocols, and patient safety standards Collaborate with
physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to
provide coordinated care Build strong relationships with residents
and families through clear, compassionate communication Support
quality improvement initiatives and foster a positive,
team-oriented work environment What You’ll Need Active Indiana
Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous leadership or supervisory
nursing experience strongly preferred (Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor,
or similar) Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care
background preferred Strong leadership, clinical decision-making,
and organizational skills Excellent communication abilities and a
team-first mindset Dedication to resident dignity, respect, and
