Responsibilities Accurately and safely prepare and administer oral
and topical medications to residents Ensure all medication has
written orders, signed, and dated from a licensed physician Verify
identity of residents before administering any medication Observe
medication is ingested or applied as directed Qualifications
Current Medication Aide Certification and Current Nursing Assistant
Certification from state. Must have a current/active CPR
certification. Strong attention to detail and able to
multi-task
