Indianapolis 126mWe are seeking a Trauma Surgeon to join a growing,
high-acuity service line. This is a lucrative, hospital-employed
opportunity offering an ideal schedule, strong APP support, and a
collaborative environment committed to exceptional trauma care.
7-on/7-off schedule with 12-hour shifts Very busy, high-volume
trauma program Lucrative compensation with robust earning potential
Consistent patient continuity — always a provider on duty who
knows the patients between shifts APP assistance available to
support clinical workflow Critical Care Fellowship required Open to
new graduates and experienced trauma surgeons Must be
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgery and Surgical
Critical Care Comprehensive Compensation Package May Include:
Guaranteed Salary plus wRVU incentive Commencement Bonus Medical
