Job Description Updated Job Description CONFIDENTIAL OPPORTUNITY Founding Program Director Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program Indianapolis, IN | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote) | Full-Time The Opportunity A leading national radiology practice is seeking a Founding Program Director to build and lead a brand-new, ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency program at a major academic medical center in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a rare greenfield opportunity to design a residency from the ground up — shaping curriculum, recruiting the inaugural resident class, assembling the teaching framework, and establishing the program's culture and identity from day one. The program has already achieved Continued ACGME Accreditation (since 2023) and has seven core faculty in place spanning interventional radiology, musculoskeletal, breast, abdominal, neuroradiology, nuclear medicine, and cardiothoracic imaging. What’s missing is the founding leader to bring it all together.
