Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: Ongoing - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Staff Physical Therapist (PT) – Permanent | Day Shift | Sign-On Bonus Location Bryan, OH Schedule Full-time Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay $37.42 – $56.13 per hour (based on experience) Bonus & Benefits • Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 • Relocation assistance up to $5,000 • Full benefits package • Stable hospital-based position • Day shift schedule Position Overview We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a hospital-based rehabilitation team in Bryan, Ohio. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions designed to restore mobility and maximize functional outcomes. You will work closely with physicians, rehabilitation staff, and Physical Therapist Assistants to deliver high-quality patient-centered care. New graduates are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans • Implement therapeutic interventions and assistive devices • Collaborate with PTAs regarding treatment plans and supervision • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly • Maintain timely and accurate documentation Qualifications • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required for graduates after 1/1/2016 • Physical Therapist license or eligibility in the state of Ohio • CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days) • Strong communication and patient care skills • Relocation assistance available/n• Sign-on bonus available/n• New graduates encouraged to apply/n• Permanent Hospital-based rehabilitation setting About Medical Solutions Direct Hire At Medical Solutions, we’re people who care, helping people who care.
