Job Description:

• Specialty: CRNA
• Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Dept.
• Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning 8/31/26 full-time for 3 months with the option to extend. Ideal schedule would be Monday-Friday, 7 am - 3 pm, 8-hr day shifts.
• Case Mix: Ability to cover both inpatient and outpatient surgery center cases. Endo, GI, ENT, Gen Surg, Ortho, and GYN. No complex cardiac or OB coverage.
• Credentialing Time-Frame: 75 days
• Certifications: NBCRNA, ABLS, ACLS, and BLS
• Active IN License: Licensed in IN or compact
• Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
