Job Description Midwest Logistics Systems Dedicated truck driver - 4 day work schedule Average pay: $850-$1,050 weekly Home time: Daily Experience: 3 months or greater CDL experience Overview/n /n - Have a predictable daily home time work schedule. /n - Drive the same out-and-back dedicated route and work with the same customers every day. /n - Haul automotive parts in dry van trailers with newer trucks. /n - No-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight. /n - Load and unload freight. /n - Run different routes each day based on the needs of auto manufacturers. /n /nPay and bonus potential/n /n - Route and detention pay. /n - $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers. /n - Safety and performance bonuses of up to $600 per quarter. /n - Longevity bonus of up to $750 per quarter. /n - Weekly paychecks. /n Qualifications/n /n - Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). /n - Live within 50 miles of Indianapolis, IN. /n - Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience. /n /nAdditional benefits/n /n - Medical, dental and vision insurance. /n - Disability and life insurance. /n - 401(k) savings plan with company match. /n - Ten paid holidays and paid time off. /n - Company-provided uniforms. /n - Opportunity to work with a dedicated, professional team that is committed to your safety and success. /n /n /n /nMLS' inclusive culture/n Our history has taught us that treating everyone with dignity and respect is vital to our ongoing success.
