Meridian Health Services is currently seeking a full time dynamic self-motivated Recruiter to perform all duties related to personnel recruiting based out of our Muncie, Indiana office. While primarily a remote position, you will report to our office in Muncie a min of twice a month and travel to job fairs and hiring events to meet great people to join the Meridian Team!

You'll provide recruitment to hiring managers for both internal and external employment, using creative recruitment ideas to get people hired in a timely fashion.
You'll maintain the applicant database--because that's what professional Recruiters like you do!
Plus you'll have knowledge of legal compliance, bring your big personality to hiring events and job fairs, and you'll prescreen and make relationships with the skilled and service-minded applicants that are enthusiastic to be a part of the Meridian mission.

We are seeking Recruiter candidates with the following qualities:

High School Diploma or its equivalent.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
One year general recruitment required.
The desire to be a part of something bigger than themselves and make a real difference in the Community.
A valid drivers' license, a driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance is also required.
