Primary/Acute Care Clinic. Ages 3 and up. March 2 - March 31, 2026
M- 6:30 a - 5:00p T, TH - 8:30a - 5:00p W - 6:30a - 3:30p F - 6:30a
- 12:00p Clean, Active OH license DEA Prescriptive Authority. Occ
health experience. DOT certificate would be great. 2 years or more
of FNP work experience. Malpractice, Accommodations provided.
