Job Description:

Marathon Petroleum Corporation, the largest refiner in the U.S., seeks a dedicated OT (Operational Technology) Compliance Manager to join our Regulatory Compliance Department. This position involves ensuring compliance with established industry regulations and standards related to operational technology used in the oil, gas, and electric sectors. The OT Compliance Manager will be a vital asset in safeguarding our infrastructure and ensuring continuous improvement of our compliance processes. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for operational technology across all facilities. Coordinate with IT and cybersecurity teams to align operational technology systems with overall security policies. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure all operational technology complies with new and existing laws. Conduct regular audits and prepare detailed reports on compliance status and recommendations for improvements. Train and guide team members on best practices and regulatory requirements in operational technology. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in the oil, gas, and electric industries. Experience with IT security best practices and risk management. Proficiency in audit and compliance management software. Excellent communication skills for interfacing between departments and with regulatory bodies.
