As a CDL A Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in executing our vision of efficient logistics, ensuring the safe and timely transportation of freight across various routes. Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods and materials over long distances. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules, complying with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods). Conduct inspections of the vehicle before and after trips, maintaining it in good condition and reporting any issues. Load, handle and transport materials in adherence to company guidelines and safety regulations. Document and log work/rest periods, fuel expenditure and distances traveled, remaining compliant with DOT regulations. Use electronic equipment and log all transport data. Represent Hogan1 professionally during all customer interactions to maintain the high standards of service associated with the company. Proven ability to manage time effectively and operate a vehicle in a safe and economical manner. Familiarity with electronic equipment, including GPS, logistics software, and route management tools. Proficient in adhering to traffic laws and regulations and maintaining logs as required by DOT. Strong planning and organizational skills to coordinate work activities. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with central dispatch and customers. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must hold a valid CDL A license.
