Job Description Job Description QuickPro Staffing is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer for an immediate direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with CNC programming experience who are looking to join a top-tier manufacturer. You will use MasterCAM software to program CNC machines, optimize production, and ensure high-quality machining results. Key Responsibilities: Program CNC machines using MasterCAM software. Adjust cutting paths and machine settings for optimal efficiency. Analyze technical drawings and design data to determine machining strategies. Prepare instruction sheets and cutter lists for machine operations. Collaborate with machine operators to maintain production quality. Troubleshoot machining or programming issues as they arise. Qualifications: 3–5 years of CNC programming experience (or equivalent education/experience). Proficient in MasterCAM software. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
