Job Description Job Description Minutemen Staffing is now hiring Production Associates for a local manufacturing facility! Shift - 6pm to 6am (rotating 2-2-3 shift) Pay - $17.50 an hr. Job Duties: Responsible for monitoring and operating machinery on the production lines. Monitoring finished product for proper closures. Perform changeovers as efficiently and carefully as possible.
