You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements. The industrial spray painter will spray surfaces of manufactured products with protective material such as enamel or epoxy using sophisticated equipment systems. - Key Responsibilities:

--- - - - - - - -Selecting and mixing coating paints -

--- - - - - - - -Willingness to take direction from area Team Leaders and to be a self-starter when not working under direct supervision. -

--- - - - - - - -Be capable of reading and understanding technical documents such as paint mixing procedures, and maintaining sprayer equipment as required

--- - - - - - - -Have the ability and desire to become efficient with painting techniques, meet company productivity rates, maintain mil thickness, and learn all aspects of job as required

--- - - - - - - -Cleaning spraying equipment with solvent or other recommended cleaning solutions daily

--- - - - - - - -Maintaining the paint mix room while following the company safety policies

--- - - - - - - -Operating the blaster and/or parts washers to clean various metal types according to specified safety requirements

--- - - - - - - -Maintaining proper respirator care and operation and using the breathing air supply system when spraying paints

--- - - - - - - -Put Safety first and abide by all Honeywell and/or OSHA requirements.YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge and use of spray-painting systems in both manual and automatic operations. - -
• Must pass respirator written and physical tests WE VALUE
  • Demonstrated ability to produce quality parts
  • At least 1 year experience spray painting using both automatic and manual systems -
  • Ability to analyze information and concepts
  • Ability to collaborate with other Team Members, Supporting Departments, as well as -working -independently
  • Ability to identify key details
  • Ability to troubleshoot
  • Creative thinking and idea generation
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively. -
