Job Description:

Nurse Practitioner needed in Indiana for Family Practice coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and Indiana state license. Shifts will include various dates working various shifts. Preference to local candidate. Will see 18-20 patients per day, depending on the day and patient population is all ages. Must be comfortable with standard Family Practice procedures.
