Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking Work Scheduling Assistants to work in the Muncie, IN area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. -JOB SUMMARY: - Assist in the work scheduling process by assigning jobs to line servicer personnel and providing customer assistance for an assigned area. -JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform duties assigned in the work scheduling process, including the assignment of jobs to line servicer personnel using management system applications.
• Develop schedules for line servicer and technician appointments.
• Communicate with customers and direct inquiries.
• Support adherence to standard work scheduling policies and procedures.
• Assist with outage management as needed.
• Provide administrative support as needed. -REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of experience in utilizing administrative procedures and office equipment or the equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
  • Customer Service skills.
  • Organizing and scheduling skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
