Our client, a large healthcare entity in Fort Wayne, IN, has an
opening for a Talent Acquisition Onboarding Coordinator. Under the
leadership of the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition this individual
will be responsible for the completion of the pre-hire onboarding
section of the full lifecycle of recruitment. Training will be at
their office in Fort Wayne. Once trained, there will be a
requirement of 1 day in the office and 4 days remote.

Do you have at least 4 years' experience with talent acquisition or
human resources?
Can you reliably commute to Fort Wayne once per week?
Are you OK with $20/hr hourly wage?
Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday for training then
1 day on-site (7:30am - 4:00pm) and 4 days remote once trained
Pay: $20/hr
General Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Represents the client and ensures exceptional customer service to
new hires during the onboarding process
Works in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Consultants to
ensure new hires are set up for success on their first day
including, but is not limited to:
Creating new hire profiles in ATS and HR system
Conducting new hire onboarding meetings in person or virtual
Completion of employment authorization for new hires
Review of pre-hire drug screen and physical results of new hires
and background investigations
Loading license and certifications in HR system
Managing orientation rosters, and
Validating new hires are in compliance prior to their scheduled
start date.
Partners with HR Informatics to ensure all documents are in the HR
File prior to scanning in order to meet compliance standards
Works with Parkview Payroll department to ensure all payroll
documents are completed correctly and submitted prior to new hire
start
Creates and tracks approval for all new hire sign-on bonuses and
ensures referral bonuses are approved and tracked for payment
processing.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Associate's degree in business, human resources, or other related
degree required
Proficient in MS Office suite as well as all MS products
Experience with web-based programs - PeopleSoft, Symplr Recruiting,
E-Verify
Minimum 4 years' experience in talent acquisition or human
resources
