large.What is the role about?The Documentation Specialist is
responsible for collecting product and technical documentation and
submitting comprehensive documentation packages to our customers to
fulfill the scope of delivery as defined in the contractually
agreed documentation requirements. Additionally, this role will act
as a key contributor to documentation processing and output.
Focused on continuous improvement, this role closely collaborates
with and assists customers, peers, and partners in retrieving and
accessing documents and information.Which tasks will you
perform?
- Responsible for documentation setup, collection, and submission
for complex project ecosystems.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Documentation Scope of
Deliverables on projects and orders within Endress+Hauser.
- Operate as owner of the documentation process and evaluate
opportunities to improve processes cross-functionally.
- Serve as a partner with various E+H teams to clearly understand
and set customer documentation requirements via direct customer
interaction and support the development of execution plans to
fulfill agreed upon documentation deliverables.
- Utilize document management software and tools to collect and
maintain documentation packages, ensure transmittal of documents to
customer after careful examination of document completeness,
accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications of the
customer.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve
documentation challenges and drive successful completion of
documentation packages within the required timeline; confer with
suppliers to resolve discrepancies and expedite resolution.
- Act as main point of contact to drive timely documentation
collection from sub-vendors and client approval bodies to keep the
overall project schedule on track.
- Assure cleanliness and traceability in the execution of
document amendments revisions per standard document control best
practices.
- Ensure quality and compliance in our submittal of
documentation, both at package and individual deliverable
level.What do we expect from you?You will have (required):
- Associate's degree or at least 3 years of experience in
engineering or automation fields You may have (preferred):
- Proficiency working in digital environment (Office365, CRM
systems, databases, and PDF tools) with ability to make own
decisions based on analysis of data, variable, and risks
- Experience managing documentation for industrial products or
managing documentation for large capital expense projects for
industrial applications
- Ability to work and make informed decisions independently and
on own initiative.
- Prioritizes the customer perspective in business decisions by
actively seeking to understand customer needs and problems,
initiating solutions based on this understanding, and implementing
feedback to enhance the overall experience and prevent future
issues.
- Prioritizes and acts in the best interests of the company by
