*What will I be doing?*

As one of our in field technicians you'll be working on a variety of types of projects. We are focused on bathroom remodels, structural repairs, and general home maintenance. We have mid day and end of day reporting requirements. You will be using your phone to access work orders, key information about the job, and uploading photos. Keeping the project manager updated on surprises and progress. Creating material lists in a timely manner so we can make sure you have what you need.

We have the MWRR Tech Rating System which clearly outlines our expectations! We use this as a coaching tool. We are able to provide feedback quickly and help coach up in areas of need.

Our marketing consists of daily, Mon-Fri, FB posts, weekly updates to our Google presence, monthly updates to our website, developing SEO for our focused home services, and referrals. Our marketing efforts generate enough approved jobs to consistently stay 6 weeks scheduled out.


Everyone on our team has the opportunity to develop and grow so their paycheck has a comma in it. After the probationary period, no one is earning less than $15 an hour. We have more than doubled in size, our gross revenue exceeds $4 million annually, and our continued growth is estimated to be at least 25%, annually. Our team composition is made up of the following: twenty five technicians, two secretary/assistant, two warehouse/runners, two sales people, four project managers, and a CEO.


We don't believe you can over communicate. We touch base with clients daily for jobs that are active, three times a week before starting a job, and once per week for jobs that are two or more weeks out. We respond to all forms of communication within 24 hours. Estimates are always sent by the end of the following Thursday from the estimate appointment. We follow up within 3 days after a job is completed to check for satisfaction and a second time after two to three weeks. We address client concerns in a timely manner. Our systems are designed to eliminate as much uncertainty as possible for the client.


Our clients core values align with our own. We have systems in place that disqualify clients who are rude, difficult to work with, and do not value quality service. Our clients respect, understand, and appreciate our process. Expectations for the client and MWRR are clear and they understand we will hold each other accountable to them.


When visiting our facility you'll find it while organized, inviting, and a space you would be comfortable spending all day in. We have job packages that have all of the known material needed to start that project. Our core supplies are easily accessible and always stays stocked. Our dedicated space for fun has a pool table and arcade games.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour


Schedule:

* 8 hour shift
