The Distribution Operator will safely and efficiently perform manual labor during the production process of Danfoss products. They will be required to operate a powered industrial truck to pick products for shipment and be willing to work on equipment up to 20 feet in the air. The employee could also perform other Distribution tasks such as weighing/sorting products, combine products, monitor, filing containers, and prepare products for shipping.Employees are eligible for benefits on the first day of employment which include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, annual bonus program, paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents, a great working environment including 100% climate-controlled facility and much more! We pride ourselves on growing our human potential and encouraging career growth within our facilities.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.Must be able to learn, apply, and retain new techniques, concepts and procedures required for continuously improving products, processes, services, deliveries, and overall quality.Ability to operate a range of powered industrial vehicles such as forklifts, stock-pickers, or VNA (very narrow aisle) trucks.Ability to operate remote scanning devices and general computer skills.Must meet or exceed all quality standards set by the customers and individual Value Stream.
