Description:Job Summary:The Consultant is responsible for conducting on-site consultations for current and prospective Robert Dietrick Company (RDC) customers. This role supports business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, fostering customer relationships, and serving as a brand ambassador for RDC Digital. The Consultant collaborates with internal teams to enhance consultation offerings, provide industry insights, and contribute to RDC's overall growth strategy.Duties/Responsibilities:

• Partner with the sales team to execute on-site consultations, including a pre-consultation meeting, on-site evaluation, and post-consultation findings presentation.
• Stay up to date on product offerings, industry trends, and market developments.
• Stay up to date on OSHA requirements and other relevant trainings.
• Maintain and manage a consultation schedule to ensure timely service delivery.
• Collaborate with the Director of Product (DOP) to develop new consultation services and improve existing offerings.
• Contribute to product and marketing initiatives, including writing content for the website and other marketing materials.
• Conduct market and industry analysis to identify sales opportunities and support new business development.
• Assist in planning and executing Customer Advisory Board meetings and other customer engagement events.
• Represent RDC Digital as a customer advocate and industry thought leader.
