Description:Job Summary: The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling and routing of service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to customers. This role involves handling customer inquiries, dispatching service calls, and maintaining accurate records of service activities. Key Responsibilities: Receive and prioritize service requests: Answer incoming calls and emails from customers requesting copier service and prioritize based on urgency and technician availability.Schedule and dispatch technicians: Assign service calls to technicians based on their location, skill set, and availability. Ensure technicians have the necessary information and parts for each job.Monitor and track service activities: Keep track of technician locations and job statuses throughout the day. Update customers on the status of their service requests.Maintain records: Record details of service calls, technician assignments, and customer interactions in the company's service management system.Communicate effectively: Relay information between customers, technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.Prepare reports: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service activities, technician performance, and customer satisfaction.Order office supplies and other duties as assigned Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in dispatching or customer service is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in a dispatching role, preferably in a service-oriented industry. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, proficiency in using dispatch software and office equipment (computers, telephones, copiers, etc.), and the ability to work under pressure.PI59410c6c9da9-25660-31704685
