Job Description:
American Health Network's Muncie location is seeking a
people-focused Patient Service Rep to work in a busy family
practice setting. Working within well-defined processes and
procedures this individual's responsibilities will include, but not
be limited to, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments,
taking messages, refill requests, etc. If this sounds of interest,
and you are looking for a full time position with great benefits
and no weekends, this could be the role for you!
Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must possess excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented,
and display strong written and verbal skills
Previous medical office experience is preferred.
Work Type: Full Time with Full Benefits ( 32 hrs/wk or more )Work
Hours: m-f 8a-5p sometimes saturday 9a- 12precblid
