As a Territory Manager for UniFirst First Aid Safety, you will play an integral role in expanding our reach in the uniform rental and facility services markets. In this position, you will be tasked with developing new business opportunities and enhancing our existing client relationships, ensuring UniFirst's reputation for exceptional service is upheld and promoted in all interactions. This role requires a proactive approach to meeting sales targets and the ability to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to customer needs within the United States, Europe, and Canada. Manage and grow sales territories while maintaining positive customer relationships. Develop strategic plans to penetrate accounts with the top uniform rental and facility service needs. Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase UniFirst’s service offerings. Regularly meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting. Work closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure client needs are met with exceptional service and attention to detail. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven abilities in strategic planning and business development. Solid understanding of sales performance metrics. Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills. Effective presentation and relationship management skills. Medical Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent preferred.
