REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation that is with you during your shift, active auto insurance, current vehicle registration, clean criminal history and driving record. Current CPR/First Aid preferred Candidates should be proficient with communication, dependable, caring, flexible and willing to learn. We are 8 houses strong in the Greenfield area and growing. You will be cross trained in several houses to increase your opportunity for extra hours and advancement. Come grow with us We promote from within. Responsibilities vary per homesite, but may include: Assist with daily living activities, including preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene. Complete and update daily paperwork accurately. Transport individuals to job, various community activities and doctor appointments. Assist with teaching about and preparing healthy meal plans to encourage optimal health. Exhibit flexibility to changing situations and be able to adapt, as necessary.
