Cincinnati is also the home AFC Champions the Cincinnati Bengals, the Cincinnati Reds, the Cincinnati Cyclones and FC Cincinnati of Major League Soccer. -Job Description: As an Assembly Technician C you will be responsible for contributing to the success of our Sensors Division working alongside our Production team. This role will be responsible for performing assembly of electro optical and infrared products. -Essential Functions:

• Complete Assigned manufacturing process steps.
• Complete assigned solder processes as required.
• Support group objectives for on-time delivery.
• Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components for customer deliverables.
• Verify use of most updated procedures.
• Follow industry standard or practice for 6S. -Qualifications:
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant manufacturing experience.
• Intermediate computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 2 years of experience reading & following drawings and work instructions preferred. Minimum 1 year of such experience required for this role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and committed to always maintaining positive relationships with coworkers.
• Ability to always remain calm and professional while working in a dynamic fast paced environment
• Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at times.
• Ability to work under limited supervision.
• Able and willing to serve as a resource to other employees in areas of expertise.Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Prior experience assembling mechanical and/or electro-mechanical systems
  • Experience with calipers, depth gauges and micrometers
  • Prior J-Standard Training and Certification(s)
  • Prior experience soldering electronic components including resistors and capacitors
  • Prior experience assembling and repairing/reworking Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs)
